Care of the Frail & Elderly is often the most expensive and least effective. Despite differences in healthcare systems, this is a problem across the western world. According to the Economist, ChenMed, located in Florida, seems to have some of the ingredients for success: an integrated, ultra patient-centric approach inspired by ‘know your customer’, rigorous process mapping, data collection and interpretation.
