Our success depends on finding great people and building awesome teams.  At psHEALTH we are passionate about developing your career and helping you reach your full potential – all whilst having a great deal of fun!

psHEALTH is a fast growing tech company in Central London.  We leverage technology to make healthcare better.  You will be working in a fast-paced and friendly environment with a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career.  We are big enough to ensure exciting and varied career options and exposure to different technologies, yet small enough to nurture and look after everyone. We are passionate about training and developing our people through both formal and informal programs.

What are we looking for?

We look for bright and ambitions individuals who are good team players.  Given our focus on personal development and growth, the single biggest characteristic we look for in our people is a keenness to learn.

You will have a record of outstanding academic achievement and have or be working towards a 2.1 degree or better from a leading university.

You must be eager to step-up and take on responsibility.  We believe that working in small teams with plenty of direct engagement will help you understand our customers better and will enhance your personal development.

It is a great place.  People are both friendly and helpful and everyone is focused on personal development.  But maybe the most important thing is that we are using technology to make healthcare better – that feels good”  Eleanor Vincent who joined psHEALTH following a Computer Science degree from Imperial College London.

Graduate recruitment and experienced hires

At psHEALTH we run dedicated programs for Graduates and Experienced Hires.  For our Graduate Program you must have degree in Computer Science.

Career progression

All Graduates begin their careers at psHEALTH at Analyst-level and are typically  promoted to Associate within 18 to 24 months (subject to performance).  As an Associate you may be Technical Lead on a smaller project or leading a small team on a bigger project.

Throughout your career at psHEALTH we will provide formal and informal training and development to ensure you grow your skill set to its fullest potential.

“At Circle we strive to continuously improve the quality of the care and improve patient outcomes. There are many providers of mobile and tablet solutions, but we wanted an IT partner that could not only provide flexible and secure technology, but that share our vision of improving service delivery and collecting robust outcome measures. That is why we selected psHEALTH.”
