Ingolv T. Urnes, Principal

Ingolv T. Urnes is a successful healthcare and technology entrepreneur. In 2002, he founded Active Health Partners (AHP) and led the business from groundbreaking concept to a successful market leader. He continues to be involved in AHP as a non executive director. Prior to starting AHP, Ingolv spent a decade in investment banking with Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt, New York and London working with health and service companies. He is a graduate of the prestigious University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He is also a graduate of the Royal Norwegian Air Force officer school and has a degree in law from the University of Bergen (Norway).

Mindy Daeschner, Principal

Mindy Daeschner is an experienced senior executive and entrepreneur in the field of health and technology. In 2002, she was hired by Mercer Limited to develop and manage from concept through to a successful SaaS (software as a service) business, an absence and health management service. She was also founder and managing director of a web development company focusing on the health and insurance markets, and has worked within financial and consulting firms for over 15 years in London, Hong Kong and Chicago.

Abhishek Agrawal, Principal

Abhishek Agrawal combines great business experience and exceptional technology insights. At L.E.K. he advised FTSE 250 and leading private equity companies on strategic and operational issues. Prior to that at Amazon.com, Abhishek restructured the marketplace platform, helping Amazon.com significantly expand its 3rd party business. Abhishek also brings with him solid knowledge of the business process management solutions and was one of the architects behind Appian Enterprise. He has a Masters in computer science from Virginia Tech and an MBA from INSEAD business school.
